Conductive graphene fabric

Graphene is currently known as the smallest resistivity material, so combining it on the surface of the fabric can give the fabric excellent conductivity and can be used in flexible wearable electronic products. However, the bonding force between graphene and the fabric matrix is ​​weak, and the physical fastness is not high. To improve the bonding force between graphene and the fabric, the researchers used the alkaline solution to treat the material to cause partial peeling and then subjected to supercritical carbon dioxide treatment. To increase the roughness of the fabric surface, the fabric after the above pretreatment can allow the graphene slurry to enter the interior of the structure and the swelling voids, so that the functional properties of the graphene conductive fabric are more durable.

Hydrophobic graphene fabric

Graphene has a robust hydrophobic ability. Its deposition on the surface of the fabric can reduce the free energy of the fabric surface, thereby preparing a structure with hydrophobic function. After surface modification of graphene oxide with silane coupling agent containing S-H group, the modified graphene oxide, and vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, crosslinking agent and photoinitiator are stirred, and then immersed The coating method immerses the fabric in the mixed solution and irradiates it with ultraviolet light to make the SH group attached to the modified graphene oxide on the structure and the C=C double bond on the vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane Mercaptoene reacts to form a chemical crosslinked layer, and a graphene-based superhydrophobic fabric is prepared. The static contact angle of water droplets on the fabric surface is more significant than 150°, and the coating has high adhesion to the fabric surface.
